OUR CLASSES
At Estudio Pilates Benalmádena, in order to personalize and offer what you need in each session, we evaluate the initial condition of each student, understand their lifestyle, injuries, medical conditions, and what goals they want to achieve. This way, our instructors will tailor each session to your needs and teach you each exercise precisely and in accordance with the Authentic Pilates method.
Group Pilates mat classes, maximum 10 people.
Exercises designed to be performed on a mat without any equipment. The instructor will lead the class as a whole, ensuring that everyone performs their exercises in a way that is appropriate for their physical condition and needs.
Semi-private machine classes, max 4 people.
We teach our clients to train independently, to feel their own bodies, and to understand what they need at each moment. Each person works through their "routine" of exercises (previously designed) at their own pace. The instructor will always be there to assist students in their practice for proper progression.
Private machine classes.
For those who want to get the most out of their time and their body. The instructor will guide you, choosing the appropriate exercises and necessary equipment for you at each moment.
You will feel your body working like never before. This is for everyone, whether you are someone with medical conditions and limited mobility or an elite athlete.

Cancellation Policy
-All our prices include VAT.
-Sessions last 55 minutes.
-Classes start at the exact time, and it is recommended to arrive early so that students can prepare.
-We recommend the use of non-slip socks or training completely barefoot.
-Before starting semi-private classes, it is recommended to purchase the introductory pass, where the student will learn the basic concepts of the method and become familiar with the operation of the equipment they will be using.
-5 private class passes have an expiry date of 45 calendar days, and 10 private class passes have an expiry date of 90 days, both from the date of purchase.
-Group and semi-private class passes are valid for 30 days (one calendar month).
-Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 3 hours in advance through our app.
-Sessions must always be paid for in advance, either in cash, Bizum, or by bank card.
